ESPN (Entertainment Sports Programming Network) is a TV channel which shows sports-related programs 24 hours a day. ESPN was founded by Bill Rasmussen and his son Scott Rasmussen, launched on September 7, 1979. For people outside of the us there are also websites called ustream.tv and justin.tv that stream the video live around the globe =)

Give http://www.eurovisionsports.tv a try.

It’s limited to some EU countries, but works awesome, and it’s legal, ad-free, etc. Paid by European Union. It broadcasts All the World Cup in Real Time, Hightlights, etc!
