Actually, they’re pretty much on track – if you look at the Photoshop release history over the past decade, they average about 18 months apart…

For example, CS3 (Ps version 10) came out in April 2007 and CS4 (Ps 11) was October 2008, so April 2010 is right in line.

I think the greatest improvement in every new Ps is easier to use, more user friendly. Nothing new with its performance.
