Thank you so much Rosemarie! Im very happy to hear you found the article valuable. Many of us struggle with the challenge of not burning ourselves out, so I know well what you mean. Myself I try to remember that the time I work I am much more efficient if I remember to take enough breaks and such. It can be hard to be able to remember that, but hang in there and I am sure you can do it! And last but not least I would like to wish you the best of luck!

Thank you very much i have just ventured into freelancing after years of exhibiting art work at various venues. I valued your article with its useful tips, it is exciting doing freelance work but also like your article brings out stressful at times. My biggest flaw is not burning myself out, as ideas flow it is hard not to work day and night and try to cope with the everyday running of things.
